Course Description

To collaborate effectively, communication is essential. However, good communication is easier said than done. This workshop is designed to explore the ins and outs of communication and create understanding of how messages are created, interpreted, and influenced by assumptions, perceptions, delivery methods, and non-verbal behaviour. Through guided discussion and experiential activities, participants become more aware of their communication habits and the unintended messages they may send.
