Format and Delivery

This hands-on workshop takes place in a controlled equine facility led by certified facilitators. Participants engage directly with horses through structured exercises designed to reveal communication, leadership, and trust-building patterns. Sessions are highly interactive, focusing on observation, reflection, and group dialogue. No horse-handling or riding experience is necessary — all activities are conducted safely from the ground. This course is offered in a one-day (6-hour) format.
