Garth Grant

Garth Grant is a consultant and training specialist with extensive experience in team building, leadership, negotiations, finance, customer service, and sales. His international career has taken him across the Pacific Rim and Central America, where he has worked with leading organizations and developed a strong reputation for combining practical business expertise with engaging facilitation.

While based in Japan, Garth delivered business acumen training to companies such as Honda, Nissan, Mitsubishi Electric, ANA Airlines, LSI Logic, and Mobil Oil. In Mexico, he founded and operated Canada Guadalajara International Traders, a manufacturing and brokerage business, exporting to clients in Australia, Asia, and Canada. His career also includes executive leadership experience as Vice President of Wood Products at Dufferin Games.

In Canada, Garth has facilitated training in communication, finance, customer service, and negotiation for organizations including Rogers, Sobeys, TD Bank, Stock Transportation, TORLYS Flooring, and Domco Tarkett. He is known for his approachable, hands-on style and his ability to connect with participants through relevant, real-world examples.

A graduate of the Schulich School of Business, Garth brings together his international business background and training expertise to deliver sessions that are practical, effective, and tailored to workplace realities.
