Sharon Quarrington is a management consultant and executive coach with more than 25 years of experience helping leaders and teams achieve their full potential. She works with individual executives as well as leadership groups, focusing on self-awareness, interpersonal effectiveness, and strategies to accelerate both individual impact and team performance.
She has a proven track record of transforming “troubled” teams into highly effective ones by identifying and addressing underlying assumptions that hinder collaboration and results. Sharon also supports senior leaders in breaking long-standing patterns that limit their effectiveness, enabling them to achieve new levels of success.
In addition to her coaching work, Sharon has designed and delivered leadership and communication programs for a wide range of organizations. Her facilitation experience spans everything from three-hour online sessions to intensive five-day residential programs. She has also partnered with Conestoga, Sheridan, and Humber colleges to deliver leadership training for senior managers, directors, and C-suite executives.
Sharon holds an Honours Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Guelph and a Certificate in Adult Education from George Brown College.
