Theresa Bailey is an experienced facilitator, coach and experiential learning specialist who helps people and teams strengthen communication, connection, adaptability and workplace effectiveness.
She is the creator and exclusive license holder of PLAY-DOH POWER SOLUTIONS, an engaging experiential learning approach that uses hands-on activities to help participants explore ideas, build connections and develop practical workplace skills.
With a background in community psychology and research, Theresa combines evidence-informed concepts with highly interactive learning experiences that get people thinking, talking and working differently. She has worked with organizations across the corporate, government, education, healthcare and nonprofit sectors, including Hasbro, BMO, Infrastructure Canada, the Department of National Defence, Canada’s Winter Olympic athletes through Game Plan, CHEO and CAMH.
Theresa holds a Master of Arts in Community Psychology from Wilfrid Laurier University and is a Certified Life Coach. She is also the author of Hockey Moms: The Heart of the Game, published by HarperCollins Canada.
